We, at Aspire Dental, want your experience to be a smooth and comfortable as possible, both in our exams as well as our financial interactions. With coverage accepted from many insurers as well as easy to understand payment options, we want to be sure you are aware of all financial agreements every step of the way.

Insurance And Patient Co-Payments

We want to make receiving quality dental care easy and as affordable as possible for our patients. After your initial new patient exam and x-rays we will put together any dental recommendations for you that we have discussed together at the exam. Every patient will have a consult with the doctor over their treatment recommendations. The recommendations will be presented to you as a treatment plan. All of your dental questions will be answered. All insurance, co-pays, minimums, and other questions will be discussed with you before scheduling any further appointments. No work is ever done without an agreement between the patient and the office. Cash, check, CareCredit, Master Card, Visa, and American Express are accepted. We also are providers for most all insurance programs. As a courtesy to you, we will file claims for you. We are in network with the following providers:

As a United Concordia provider, we charge no out-of-pocket expenses for soldiers. If you do not have dental insurance, please consider our new, no credit needed, payment plan. Ask our front office for more details.

Appointments And Consultations

If you are a first-time patient, we will ask you to schedule a consultation visit. During your consultation we will perform a comprehensive exam and review your dental and medical histories. Most regular appointments consist of a checkup and professional cleaning. If we notice any protentional instances of decay, damage, or gum disease we may recommend additional treatment. Once we develop an appropriate treatment plan, our front office team will provide you with a detailed list of fees. We can also provide an estimate of out-of-pocket fees based on your insurance policy.
